Non-Surgical Sports, Orthopedic, and Regenerative Medicine
Dr. Casadei specializes in non-surgical sports medicine, orthopedics, and regenerative medicine for patients age 8 and older, integrating time-tested treatments with cutting edge technology to help you heal faster and reduce the risk of recurrent pain.
He received his medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his sports medicine fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital where he trained in ultrasound guided injections and orthobiologic interventions such as platelet rich plasma (PRP). As part of fellowship, he provided training room and game coverage for the Detroit Pistons (NBA), Detroit Tigers (MLB), Detroit Lions (NFL), Motor City Cruise (NBA G League), Wayne State University (NCAA Division II), and high school athletes.
Dr. Casadei currently serves as the team physician for Oakland Community College and his alma mater, Rochester Adams High School. He has also provided event coverage for the Detroit Marathon, USA Hockey 16u National Championships, NCAA Division II Golf National Championships, and the FISU World University Games in Lake Placid.
